Well, it seems that Pakistan's cricket coach Bob Woolmer was strangled. I figured he was dead when I heard he was found unconscious, and I figured he was murdered when I heard he was dead.
Now, I figure this will have something to do with gambling. Pakistan had just lost to Ireland in a cricket World Cup game (which is something like Brazil's football team losing a World Cup final match to Canada), and, combined with the rest of their atypical poor showing, were out of the running in the World Cup.
This will be like 1919, but with a body count.
While I am on the topic, I still cannot believe that the England FA allows gambling companies to sponsor football teams.
