if the market rallies and stays there, then the dollar will also.

so that means that you had better sell your oversea stocks and put them into the us stocks, so that when the dollar does go up, you'll be losing a ton of money. do i have that right?

Problem is we're not at the bottom, that would be at the beginning. Anything after, we're liable to hit a new bottom, and probably will. Or do you mean it was for that cycle? In which case, congrats, you called it brother.

Well the DOW has gone up: 494 pts since my call. Pretty nice.

The NDX is up 230 pts on my call 16%. If you played the swings in between you could make more, but for the average joe 16% per year is stellar. In fact, for mutual funds 16% is stellar considering the SP is only up 3%-5% for the year.

Euro markets will do better next year I think.
